It works well. Wish list: 1. Be able to edit the amt of fat grams and calories on your plan. 2. A quick way to just enter calories and fat. 3. Add a snack category.
When editing a new food the app says "requried" instead of required. Also when in edit mode and adding the amount of grams per serving a decimal point would be helpful. I just got this today but it doesnt look like it ever has updates.
Its a sweet app.. All the people that are crying that it takes too much time are nincompoops its not that hard ha just wish I could see what I ate on each day...( you probably can but Im too lazy to find it) the creators should make an app with the same concept except for workingout like bis tris legs etc..... Get on that ladies !!!!!!!
A lot of my food has point something, and there is no option to put that in. If you have for example 1.5 g of fat in a serving of oatmeal, you have to round either up of down.
Save your $3. This app is very misleading. Its a very limited program that gives you the option of only 2 goals - weight gainer and non-weight gainer. It then sets the amount of protein, carbs, and fat that you should eat based on one of the 2 options just mentioned. You cannot customize the app to your own protein/carb/fat ratio. Since there are many theories out there on protein/carb/fat ratio for different fitness goals, please dont buy this app because it is HIGHLY misleading and limited. I have found free apps that are more robust and flexible than this garbage.
I am new to the watching of nutrition and this gives me the oversite that i needed. if you enter a bar scaner to enter the items in would help takes a bit more to enter the way it is now.... with that adition i would push this with the trainers at golds gym what an aplication for traimers to help there clients
The quick protein input is nice, but it doesnt tracks it suggest carbs well. It needs more food or for the foods to be more easily searchable. The search queries must be in the exact order they are labelled. So if you call it "subway footlong" instead if "footlong subway" nothing will come up.
I would give it 5 stars if you add: 1) Correct the Fat checkbox (its checked when you havent met your fat goal). 2) Allow the "Tap-n-Track" app to sync up to this one or expand the database to include the one for "Tap-n-Track". 3) Add a carbohydrate track checkbox. Otherwise its perfect for the person in powerlifting, weightlifting or bodybuilding trying to track their nutritional intake. Keep the updates coming!
This app is very limited the food library is very small. I suggest using the nutrients option on the lose it app. I wasted 3 dollars
Very clean and simple app for tracking your gains and daily protein, calorie, and fat intake. Unfortunately the developers seem to have abandoned this app. There a several desperately needed updates to make it great. Better carb tracking, more custom meal categories, more user customization, etc.
Crashes every time I change it to US measurements. I dont use kg and cm. This app basically lets you tell it how much protein and carbs you eat. I can use notes for that.
Its the best I could find, worth getting O_o
Perfect for those who want to watch nutrition
The app is the best when it comes to tracking weight and protein intake. The only thing that bothers me is that it takes more than 2 taps through the user interface when adding meals. Wish the developer does an update on this soon.
There are better apps for free than that, cant find a lot of food and takes my time
This app is a waste of money. Database is inaccurate. Protein values on many are way off. Check "brisket". Protein values are way to high. Should allow a trial period because I knew within 5 min. That it was a waste of time and money.
